Job Title: Sales Executive – Chicken Products and Frozen Foods

Job Summary:
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding the market for our chicken items and frozen food products. Your role will involve building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote chicken products and frozen foods to customers.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in retail, wholesale, and foodservice sectors.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients by understanding their needs and providing excellent service.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitors.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential and existing customers.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery schedules to meet company and customer needs.
• Monitor sales performance and generate regular reports on achievements and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
• Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and competitor activities.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the food industry with a focus on chicken products and frozen foods.
• Strong knowledge of sales techniques, customer relationship management, and the food distribution market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with food safety regulations and standards.
• Existing relationships with retailers, wholesalers, or foodservice providers.
• Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to optimize sales strategies.
