Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive with hands-on experience in fit-out and acoustic solutions. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of architecture, interior design, or construction, and a proven track record in B2B sales. This role involves frequent site visits and client meetings, making a valid UAE driving license essential.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new sales opportunities in the fit-out and acoustic sectors.
- Proactively engage with architects, consultants, contractors, and end-users to build a robust pipeline.
Client Relationship Management
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the sales lifecycle.
Sales Presentations & Solutions
- Deliver compelling product presentations and technical demonstrations tailored to project requirements.
- Present technical and commercial proposals clearly and persuasively.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with designers, engineers, and project managers to propose solutions that meet client specifications.
- Ensure all proposals are technically compliant and align with project aesthetics.
Documentation & Deal Closure
- Prepare and manage quotations, BOQs, technical submittals, and proposals.
- Follow up regularly to close deals and consistently exceed sales targets.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor industry trends, new technologies, and competitor activities.
- Share market feedback to support marketing and product development initiatives.
Reporting
- Maintain accurate sales records and customer data using CRM tools.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market developments.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of B2B sales experience in fit-out, architectural, or acoustic solutions within the UAE.
- Valid UAE driver’s license is mandatory.
- Strong skills in presentation, negotiation, and client communication.
- Ability to interpret architectural drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); Arabic is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of managing relationships independently.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
