Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Chemical Sales Manager to lead sales initiatives for our petrochemicals and specialty chemicals portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B chemical sales, strong industry relationships, and the ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales of core chemical products (e.g., phthalic anhydride, plasticizers, solvents) to domestic and export markets.
  • Build and manage key customer accounts in the paint, plastic, and industrial chemicals sectors.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop long-term customer relationships.
  • Conduct market analysis, competitor tracking, and pricing strategies.
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in chemical sales (B2B), preferably in bulk or specialty chemicals.
  • Strong network in the paint, plastic, or polymer industry.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
