With a strong reputation for quality and client satisfaction, we are now looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales across all divisions.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager with a minimum of 4 years of experience in managing and closing sales within the interior design, fit-out, or property maintenance sectors. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership, client relationship, and business development skills who is ready to take ownership of our sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage sales across interior design, fit-out, and maintenance services
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and real estate professionals
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to project closing
- Coordinate with the operations and project teams to ensure client expectations are met
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to management
- Represent the company at networking events and industry exhibitions
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of proven experience as a Sales Manager or Sales Director in interior design, fit-out, or maintenance industries in the UAE
- Strong network within the property and construction sector
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Ability to lead sales efforts independently and drive growth
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
- UAE driving license is preferred
