We are seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to lead our high-performing team in Dubai’s competitive real estate sector. This role is ideal for an accomplished professional with a proven track record in real estate sales leadership and a thorough understanding of Dubai’s property market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of real estate sales professionals, setting clear objectives aligned with business goals.
• Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives that respond to market trends and customer demands.
• Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and continuous development of sales agents to ensure performance excellence.
• Monitor and analyze market conditions, competitor activity, and client behavior to refine sales strategies.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with developers, property owners, and key stakeholders.
• Provide expert guidance on sales techniques, negotiation tactics, and customer relationship management.
• Continuously review and enhance sales processes to ensure efficiency and regulatory compliance.
• Set and evaluate key performance indicators, driving consistent achievement and surpassing of sales targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and legal, to ensure alignment across operations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; real estate certification is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales management role within the Dubai real estate market.
• In-depth knowledge of Dubai’s real estate regulations, market trends, and buyer profiles.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team development capabilities.
• Fluency in English is required; additional language proficiency, particularly in Arabic, is advantageous.

Compensation: This is a full-time position offering a competitive base salary with an attractive commission structure, reflecting both individual and team performance.
