Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and building strong relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base
• Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities
• Conduct regular sales meetings and provide sales reports to the management
• Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of business
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Represent the company at industry events and networking activities
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the cleaning and hygiene industry
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and key stakeholders
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Valid UAE driving license
