Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Manage the sales team and provide coaching, training, and guidance to ensure their success
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the management team
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and distributors
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote the company and its products
- Conduct market research to identify new product opportunities and improve existing products
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products, services, and pricing structure
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG, Hygiene & cleaning Sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach a team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus
- Valid KSA driving license
