Job Title: Sales Manager – Fit-out & Architectural Products

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Manager with a strong background in acoustic solutions and architectural fit-out products. This position is ideal for a strategic thinker with solid industry connections and a hands-on approach to sales. The role requires an in-depth understanding of project-based sales in the UAE construction and design market and involves regular field activity—a valid UAE Driver’s License is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute sales initiatives across the UAE, focusing on acoustic and architectural interior solutions.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue and growth targets.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead tracking.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, and developers.
  • Coordinate with technical and estimation teams to prepare and submit proposals tailored to client requirements.
  • Conduct site visits, presentations, and tender submissions, ensuring effective communication throughout project phases.
  • Deliver accurate sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to management.
  • Stay current on market trends, product innovations, and competitor activity.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5–10 years of UAE-based sales experience in acoustic solutions, fit-out, or architectural products.
  • License: Must possess a valid UAE Driver’s License.
  • Industry Network: Strong professional relationships within the UAE architecture, design, and construction sectors.
  • Sales Expertise: Proven track record of managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing high-value deals.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Work Style: Proactive, self-driven, and capable of working independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED13,000.00 per month
