Job Description
As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for creating engaging and effective materials and resources to support the success of our Sales and Customer Success representatives. You will support our Account Executives in their day-to-day operations, ensuring our sales team's efficiency in meeting and exceeding our quarterly revenue targets. Your work will directly contribute to the development of compelling materials that highlight our value proposition to prospective clients.
What You'll Achieve:
- Assist Sales with daily operational tasks, including setting up demos and trials for prospective clients using our eCRM tool.
- Provide access and build account and brand lists for users during the Trial process.
- Create custom reports and decks such as Industry Trend Reports, Brand Reviews, and Trial Recaps to support sales pitches.
- Customize Capability Reports and PowerPoint presentations tailored to prospective clients' needs.
- Coordinate to delegate tasks, deliver data insights, and ensure seamless communication across teams.
- Develop Sales collateral, including presentations, reports, documentation, etc. to support the sales process.
- Work closely with Sales reps in all stages of the process to provide the support needed for successful opportunity management.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in creating and customizing sales materials and presentations for a diverse client base.
- Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Sales tools and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment, demonstrating a high level of initiative and problem-solving skills.
