We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Sales / Project Coordinator to join our Riyadh team.
Position Summary
The Sales / Project Coordinator will support showroom operations, drive sales, and ensure seamless project coordination. This role requires a strong appreciation for design, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. The successful candidate will work closely with architects, consultants, and clients to specify and promote Euro Systems' diverse product range.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Interaction: Welcome and assist showroom visitors, understand client needs, and recommend suitable product solutions.
- Design Support: Provide design-based suggestions to enhance customer projects using Euro Systems' product offerings.
- Showroom Standards: Maintain a visually appealing and professional showroom environment.
- Sales Promotion: Actively promote the brand and product range to architects, consultants, and key clients.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue sales leads and project opportunities in the local market.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- CRM Usage: Accurately track leads, sales activities, and customer interactions using CRM tools.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience: 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in the interior design, architectural products, or fit-out sectors.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a client-first mindset.
- Presentation Skills: Comfortable presenting products and ideas to both end-users and industry professionals.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Languages: Fluent in Tagalog and English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ﷼5,000.00 - ﷼6,500.00 per month
