Job Summary

The Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales growth and managing customer relationships within the racking and material handling sector. Duties include identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, presenting product solutions tailored to customer needs, preparing quotations and proposals, negotiating contracts, and providing after-sales support. The role involves a solid understanding of racking systems, warehouse storage solutions, and related accessories. Familiarity with industry standards, strong communication skills, and the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications are essential.

Qualifications

• No formal education requirement; experience and product knowledge are prioritized
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in racking systems, shelving or warehouse storage solutions
• Must be fluent in both English and Arabic (spoken and written)
• Proficient in MS Office and relevant software
• Strong knowledge of racking products and industry standards
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the racking, shelving, and warehouse storage market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships.
• Assess customer requirements and recommend appropriate racking solutions based on technical needs and space planning.
• Prepare accurate quotations and proposals, and lead contract negotiations to close sales effectively.
• Interpret technical drawings and collaborate with engineering and logistics teams to ensure accurate delivery and installation.
• Provide after-sales support, resolve customer issues promptly, and ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates using company systems.
