Job Description
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market scanning of all segments of the medical market, competitor study and identify key decision-making chains in procurement.
  • Establish and maintain relations with the management, KOL, and decision-makers of customers, focusing on sales breakthroughs in Key Accounts in line with corporate and regional IVD strategy.
  • Consolidate and optimize the distribution network in assigned territories and extend empowerment to distributors to enhance sales, clinical application and service capabilities.
  • Plan and execute marketing activities to maximize exposure and improve branding image.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and above, majoring in medicine, bio-medical engineering, life science or a related discipline will be a plus.
  • Fluent in English, excellent communication skills.
  • Minimum 4 years of sales experience in reputed medical device companies. In-Vitro Diagnosis (IVD) experience is preferred.
  • Experienced in direct sales network with rapport relation with local KOL and Key Accounts.
