Job Summary:</i></b></p><p>
The Wireless Network Technical Support Specialist is responsible for providing technical assistance to Mindray North America (NA) customers, sales, service, and clinical education specialists with regards to Wireless Network Solutions. They will use their knowledge of Wireless Networking Architecture to provide recommendations to R&amp;D on network design and configuration, assist in validating new network hardware and configurations, and create/update installation and configuration instructions and guidelines</p><p>
The Wireless Network Technical Support Specialist is expected to function with minimal supervision and to utilize their experience in making decision and providing direction to less experienced Technical Support Specialists.</p><p><b><i>
Position Specifications:</i></b></p><p><b><i>
Essential Functions</i></b></p><ul><li>
Provide day-to-day support for enterprise wireless networks, including troubleshooting connectivity, performance, and coverage issues</li><li>
Support wireless infrastructure components, including access points, controllers, switches, and authentication services</li><li>
Collaborate with network engineering, facilities, and vendors to resolve wireless-related issues</li><li>
Assist with wireless network deployments, upgrades, and configuration changes</li><li>
Evaluate customer wireless network design and performance</li><li>
Troubleshoot and investigate field problems &ndash; formulate and/or assist other departments in corrective action</li><li>
Provide regular and ongoing network product training sessions for internal teams</li><li>
Create and review technical documents as required</li><li>
Provide on-site assistance to service force and customers as required in support of Mindray NA products</li><li>
Support ticket-based incident and problem management workflows</li><li>
Document all activities and provide timely reports, as required, to management</li><li>
Represent the Service Department on Project Teams for new and existing products and complete tasks required, e.g., Service Plan Letter, review of product manuals, update management and Technical Support as required.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><i><br>
Knowledge/Educational Requirement</i></b></p><ul><li>
Associate&rsquo;s or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Information Technology, Networking, or a related field (or equivalent experience)</li><li>
Hands-on experience conducting wireless site surveys and RF analysis</li><li>
Experience with Spectrum Analyzer tools (e.g. Spectrum Expert, Chanalyzer)</li><li>
2+ years of experience with conducting WLAN enterprise site surveys and network designs</li><li>
Strong understanding of Wi-Fi standards (802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax), RF fundamentals, and wireless security</li><li>
Experience with wireless troubleshooting tools and survey software (e.g., Ekahau, AirMagnet, NetSpot)</li><li>
Solid understanding of TCP/IP networking, VLANs, and routing concepts.</li><li>
Familiarity with enterprise wireless platforms (e.g., Cisco, Aruba, Ruckus, Meraki, or equivalent)</li><li>

The Ultrasound Radiology/Vascular Sales Representative for the specified region is responsible for driving direct sales in hospitals and imaging centers and maximizing revenue growth for the US Ultrasound Imaging business within Mindray North America. This role includes developing and managing relationships within the region of responsibility while also supporting direct sales in hospitals target markets of hospital Radiology and Vascular departments. This individual will collaborate closely with the Point-of-Care (POC) direct sales representatives, Patient Monitoring Rep, Regional Sales Manager, Anesthesia Rep., and Clinical Technology Specialists to capitalize on direct sales opportunities and drive direct sales revenue growth throughout the US. This individual, on occasion, may also be required to support distribution sales activities outside of the hospitals and in the physician office markets. The Radiology/Vascular Sales Representative will interface with Marketing and Engineering to provide customer feedback to support product enhancements and new product designs for the North American markets.</p><p>

Coordinate and support direct sales demonstrations, installations, and in-services with ultrasound clinical applications specialist.</li><li>
Provide Regional Manager with monthly reports which include sales forecasts for direct sales opportunities, demonstration reports, and territory activity.</li><li>
Support regional and national ultrasound shows.</li><li>
Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sale quotas.</li><li>
Foster collaborative communication with other Ultrasound Sales Representatives, Marketing, and R &amp; D team members to maximize product growth and brand building.</li><li>
Actively manage open orders and outstanding credit balances for all orders under management.</li></ul><p>
