Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team at our new vape shop in PWD. The ideal candidate should have a passion for vaping, excellent sales skills, and the ability to provide top-notch customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Assistance: Greet customers, understand their needs, and guide them in selecting the right vape products.
• Sales & Promotions: Drive sales by recommending products, informing customers about promotions, and upselling where possible.
• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest vape devices, e-liquids, and accessories to provide expert advice.
• Store Maintenance: Ensure the shop is clean, well-stocked, and organized for a great shopping experience.
• Cash Handling: Process transactions accurately, manage the cash register, and handle payment methods efficiently.

Requirements:

• Prior sales experience (preferably in the vape or retail industry).
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Basic knowledge of vaping products (training will be provided).
• Friendly, approachable, and sales-driven personality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
