Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and service-oriented International Customer Service Supervisor/Specialist to join our team in Riyadh. This role is crucial in managing cross-border customer service operations, resolving complex customer issues, and ensuring seamless communication with internal teams and external service providers. The ideal candidate is fluent in both Arabic and English , with exceptional communication skills and a strong problem-solving mindset. Chinese language proficiency is a plus.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve overseas customer package exceptions, ensuring proactive service and customer satisfaction.
  • Investigate international delivery issues and coordinate with logistics service providers to file claims and secure compensation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional operations teams to provide daily operational support and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from projects and customers, identify root causes of service disruptions, and propose actionable improvements.
  • Handle and respond to daily service anomalies through effective communication and coordination.
  • Support business departments in liaising with overseas service providers to maintain smooth service delivery.
  • Manage unexpected incidents and perform additional tasks assigned by management.


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Customer Service, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory; proficiency in Chinese is a strong advantage.
  • Experience in customer service, especially in logistics or international business, is preferred.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage and de-escalate complex service issues with professionalism and tact.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-cultural working environment.
