This position will manage assigned categories in the NC/ME (Tablet, PC, Watch, True Wireless (TWS), Ring, and Mobile Accessories) supply planning for MX business including: Demand vs. Supply simulation, Factory PO confirmation, Packaging/rework operation, Aging Management
Role and Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply plan and take ownership of assigned category. Manage key planning activities in adherence to the weekly cadence, which involves inventory flow vs. aggregate demand simulation.
- Cultivate partnership with internal stakeholders (Account Teams, Product Teams, etc), and work closely with Global Operations Center (GOC), and points of contact from the factory. Organize information into palatable insights to relevant parties
- Collect and validate feedback from Account Teams and consolidate into SKU-level list for Purchase Order Confirmation and Exceptional Change of Plan (ECP). Issue/adjust purchase orders to the factory
- Analyze weekly Purchase Sales Inventory (PSI) and generate tools/files to simulate changes in supply, inventory changes, and demand; Identify root cause of Return to Forecast (RTF) changes especially within locked production window.
- Monitor product arrival schedule from the factory; Follow-up shipment delays/arrival issues from the factory, and communicate any expedite requests. Coordinate with LPS (Inbound), Account and DF teams to meet sell-in plan

Manage New Launch products on NC/ME
- Manage priority supply including FAI (c/o Product), Display (c/o Retail Ops team), Advocacy & Samples (Marketing), and Initial Order Qty (c/o Account & Product)
- Ensure demand loading for priority supply and coordinate potential packaging schedule and delivery on time for successful launch
- Track and manage new product launch supply and provide key updates major milestone and mitigate if any risks factors that could impact the launch
- Facilitate allocation discussions by providing supply visibility
- Provide weekly update on NCME status and support weekly SCM day meeting content. Publish weekly reports, assist with projects, and perform adhoc analyses as business need arises
- Support NCME Inventory Optimization and Aging Management; Monitor EOH across the subsidiary; initiate stock transfers, reduce shortages, and help prevent future aging inventory
- Collaborate with team and provide backup when necessary
Skills and Qualifications
- Preferred degree in Supply Chain / Business Management / Operations Management or related field
- At least 5+ years of experience
- Strong Analytical, Data Management, and Computer Skills High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Office Suite
- SAP experience helpful
- Excellent Communications & Interpersonal skills (written, verbal)
- Must be comfortable communicating to and promoting consensus-building with different levels in the organization
- Excellent Attention to Detail
- Must be comfortable working in a multi-cultural business environment
- Must be available to consistently work overtime and have flexible weekends
- Ability to work either independently or in a team environment to achieve personal and team goals.
