Primary Objectives

Qualifications including Required Education, Experience, &amp; Skills<ul><li>
BA/BS in Business, Finance.
</li></ul><ul><li>20 years of effective post-graduation total experience in contract administration within a large, international engineering firm is preferred.
</li></ul><ul><li>5 years of total minimum total post-graduation experience in oil &amp; gas, refinery, or petrochemical industry.</li><li>
10 years of minimum experience as Contracts Manager in an Engineering Company</li></ul>

To be additional qualified as a Certified Contracts Manager by any reputable professional association</li></ul><ul><li>
Must also have excellent communication skills for interaction with clients and potential clients and capable of independently negotiating complex contractual issues</li></ul><h1 class="jobSectionHeader">
