JOB PURPOSE

To control / safe keep all contracts for OPEX and CAPEX as per bank relevant policies and SOPs, to enables both concerned parties to a contract to meet their obligations in order to achieve the objectives required from the contract.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Description

Contracts Control

1. Review contracts and required approvals according to the banks SOP&rsquo;s and check list given by Head of Contracts Control to ensure effective control

2. Receive/review and accept/reject contracts according to bank&rsquo;s SOP&rsquo;s to ensure that contracts are complained with CIB polices.

3. Receive all CIB and Subsidiaries original contracts and ensure safekeeping at Contracts Control custody.

4. Receive contract claims and obtain approvals from relevant bank departments according to contracts terms to minimize the TAT.

5. Perform filing and carefully maintain bank data, documents &amp; forms in an efficient and timely manner and according to the banks SOP.

6. Prepare contracts payment due/expiry report to ensure terms of contracts are up to date.

8. Follow the day-to-day operations related to own jobs in the Contracts Control unit to ensure continuity of work

Primary Objectives
