<p>As Duty Free Store Manager you will be responsible to manage and deliver efficient and effective store management by creating a culture of excellence and developing high performance teams to deliver strong KPI performance and world class experience to all guests. Work with Duty Managers to plan effective deployment of resources in line with business needs to deliver strong sales and best guest experience.</p>
<ul><li>Monitor customer service standards in store and work with DMS and Supervisors to deliver &quot;GUEST&quot; service standards to all HIA guests.</li>
<li>Communicate shop KPI targets to DMS in a timely manner and ensure all DM's, Supervisors and the team members are aware of KPI targets.</li>
<li>Review and discuss weekly store performance DMS and identify actions to improve performance.</li>
<li>Collaborate with other departments to discuss and address department pertinent issues i.e marketing, IT, admin, merchandising, warehouse, learning and development, projects, etc.</li>
<li>Monitor staff standards in terms of grooming, time and attendance, and general attitude on the shop floor.</li>
<li>Monitor store standards i.e signages, cleanliness, stocks, lighting, etc. Implement daily checklist and conduct daily store walks with DMS to ensure world class store standards are maintained at all times.</li>
<li>Manage team performance, conduct people performance management reviews in an unbiased and constructive manner, provide regular feedback and create performance development plans.</li>
<li>Review shrinkage results with Retail Manager and create action plan to minimise shrinkage.</li>
<li>Provide feedback on product performance/issues to respective Category Managers.</li>
<li>Work with DMS to create a culture of excellence through mentoring, feedback, and coaching methods.</li>
<li>Train managers and staff on excellent customer service skills through shadowing, on the job training, etc.</li>
<li>Establish the department or teams objectives and priorities to align with and support business objectives.</li>
<li>Regularly evaluate the department or teams objectives, plans, procedures and practices, and makes appropriate changes if needed.</li>

<div><p>Design Marketing is the creative force that steers the execution of the 85&#8304;C brand; and plays a critical role in creating marketing material and campaigns. The Creative Manager works closely with Operations, Information Technologies and the Marketing team to design solutions with high visual impact through a multitude of creative mediums. This position must be able to emulate and enhance the 85&ordm;C brand and execute the vision of the leadership team. This position will create various assets for store layouts, merchandising, digital media, and other mediums in order to convey the 85&#8304;C retail experience. The Creative Manager will be tasked with supervising creative aspects of Marketing as directed by the Marketing Director.</p><p>

Design store set plans in relation to seasonal timeframes, product launches, and market trends; create and implement compelling in-store marketing and visual merchandising to stimulate sales and accurately portray and represent the 85&deg;C brand.</p><p>
Contribute to the conceptualization and creation of brand-consistent campaigns for routine promotions and new products.</p><p>
Evaluate and update the 85CBakerycafe.com site and all social media outlets to maintain brand fidelity, content quality, and program reach.</p><p>
