In this role you will be overseeing all maintenance and repair activities, ensuring safety and high equipment uptime. The <b>M</b><b>aintenance Supervisor</b> will lead a team of skilled maintenance technicians, providing guidance and troubleshooting expertise for plant equipment and machines, which may include PLCs, VFDs, Servos, and HMIs. This hands-on position requires direct involvement in repairs and installations, as well as effective coordination with the maintenance workforce.</p><p>

Direct maintenance workforce on a day-to-day basis</li><li>
Maintenance Supervisor provides direction, oversees all assignments allocated to the maintenance technicians</li><li>
Review planning and scheduling with the maintenance manager</li><li>
Audits and ensures the quality of work performed by the maintenance technicians</li><li>
Effectively conveys and schedules maintenance activities with operations</li><li>
Able to evaluate the qualifications of the maintenance technicians and recommend training/development as needed</li><li>
Replace and maintain inventory of spare parts and supplies</li><li>
Diligent in identifying corrective actions for technicians</li><li>
Maintenance Supervisor manages technician&rsquo;s schedules and timecards</li><li>
Supervise the preventative maintenance program on various pieces of manufacturing equipment</li><li>
Minimize equipment downtime through corrective and preventative maintenance</li><li>
Capability to lead and assist with capital improvement projects throughout the facility</li><li>
Oversee installation and electrical set-up of new or moved machinery</li><li>
Supervise and/or assist with mechanical repairs throughout the facility and on machines.</li></ul><p></p><p><br>

Analysis of equipment problems, identify root causes of equipment problems, project management skills, technical reading, supervision skills</li><li>
The ability to lead and direct continuous improvement concepts</li><li>

Computer skills (Word, Excel, charts)</li><li>
Knowledge/Experience with of PLCs, digital and analog sensors</li><li>
Experience troubleshooting electrical and hydraulic systems</li><li>
Strong written and oral communication skills and can work as a collaborator</li><li>
Experience with servo motors, encoders, pumps, gearboxes, steam, and ammonia</li></ul><p></p><p><b><br>
Education/Experience:</b></p><ul><li>
High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution</li><li>
Minimum 3-5 years of supervisory/leadership experience</li><li>
Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience</li><li>
Blow molding experience is also a plus</li><li>
Ammonia and boiler systems experience is a plus</li><li>
Union experience is a plus</li><li>
