Job Title: Senior MEP Draftsman Experience Required: Minimum 10 Years Location: Muscat Oman Department: (MEP) Reporting To: Design EngineerJob Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior MEP Draftsman with over 10 years of experience in the preparation of MEP design drawings, coordination, and technical documentation.The ideal candidate will play a critical role in the design and execution phases of MEP systems across various building projects, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and seamless coordination among disciplines.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>MEP Concept &amp; Detailed Design Preparation:</li><li>Prepare and develop MEP concept and detailed design drawings for HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and electrical systems based on project requirements and Project specifications.</li><li>Interpret design inputs from engineers to create comprehensive and accurate Design drawings.</li><li>Shop Drawing Preparation:</li><li>Produce detailed and coordinated MEP shop drawings suitable for construction Purposes</li><li>Ensure that all shop drawings comply with project standards and client requirements.</li><li>MEP Shaft Proposals &amp; Coordination:</li><li>Develop and propose optimized shaft layouts.</li><li>Coordinate with architectural and structural teams to avoid clashes and ensure integration.</li><li>Site Visits &amp; Issue Resolution:</li><li>Conduct site visits to gather existing site conditions, verify installations, and address site-related issues.</li><li>Propose practical and cost-effective solutions to site problems in coordination with the engineering team.</li><li>Quantity Take-Off:</li><li>Accurately extract quantities from drawings for estimation and procurement purposes.</li><li>Assist QS and procurement teams in verifying material quantities.</li><li>Value Engineering:</li><li>Participate in value engineering exercises to optimize design for cost, efficiency, and constructability.</li><li>Suggest alternatives that reduce cost without compromising quality or performance.</li><li>Coordination &amp; Documentation:</li><li>Maintain and update drawing registers, revisions, and drawing logs.</li><li>Ensure timely delivery of drawing packages in line with project schedules.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.</li><li>Minimum 10 years of experience as a Draftsman in MEP works within the construction industry.</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP is a must</li><li>Strong understanding of local and international MEP codes and standards.</li><li>Excellent coordination skills across all disciplines.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Good communication and reporting skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time <div id='job-id'>Job Id: x/KHZnjYAj8O36R42L6kvqY6a2FC7tBUVeJ0sFmuO1Fh/Fdd2F6PeLLt1CGWvHnpx/VaxtPmOh8DOsrQ8FDXqQdz488vprMEojNKEampVUHK+zZdUx8XjTiE</div>

 POSITION OBJECTIVE Responsible for the efficient production of his/her section including food preparation, cooking, presentation and storage.
 
 
 Key Responsbilities

 To abide by the food standards in the Kitchen.

 To organize the daily preparation of his/her section.
 </li>
 <li>
 To plan and organize the daily routine of the menu requirements of the day.

 To conduct training for junior staff.

 Supervising and assisting with the preparation of raw materials.

 Finishing and presenting dishes for service.

 Determining the freshness of products used and makes storing properly according to established standards.

 Preparing special dishes as requested.

 To maintain food cost within the budget by controlling waste without compromising standards.

 Performs any other duties, which may be allocated from time to time.

 Under the assistance of the Restaurant manager work to achieve the budget by monitoring and controlling the departmental operations, considering restaurant and expenditure.
 </li>
 <li>
 On an ongoing basis, control and analyze departmental costs to ensure performance against budget; implementing corrective measures where necessary to produce positive business results.
 
 
 </li>
