Our team supports some of the most advanced industrial and utility operations in the region.Position Summary:We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Lab Chemist to join our technical operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing chemical analyses, ensuring water quality standards, and supporting operational efficiency at our power and water generation facilities.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Conduct regular sampling and chemical analysis of water, fuel, lubricants, and other fluids.</li><li>Monitor and maintain water treatment systems (e.g., RO, demineralization, boiler water).</li><li>Calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot lab instruments and testing equipment.</li><li>Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) regulations.</li><li>Record and report data, maintain accurate lab logs, and suggest corrective actions when needed.</li><li>Support operations by providing real-time lab data for process optimization.</li><li>Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to ensure plant reliability and performance.</li><li>Participate in audits, inspections, and internal/external reporting activities.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.</li><li>2&ndash;5 years of experience in industrial laboratory settings, preferably in power or water sectors.</li><li>Strong knowledge of chemical testing methods and water treatment processes.</li><li>Proficient in using lab instruments such as spectrophotometers, pH meters, conductivity meters, etc.</li><li>Familiarity with ISO, environmental and safety standards.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and in team-based environments.</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive salary based on experience</li><li>Professional work environment with opportunities for growth</li><li>Health and safety-focused culture</li><li>Ongoing technical training and development</li></ul>How to Apply:Please send your updated CV to powertechimpex@gmail.com or contact us via WhatsApp at +973 3711 0986.
