 Monitor, inspect, and maintain all hotel engineering equipment and systems (HVAC, boilers, chillers, electrical panels, plumbing, elevators, fire alarm systems, etc.)

 Respond promptly to engineering-related emergencies and guest requests to ensure minimal disruption
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform routine preventive maintenance and repairs according to schedules and manufacturers&rsquo; recommendations
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct daily rounds and inspections of the hotel premises to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety standards
 </li>
 <li>
 Keep accurate logs and reports of maintenance work, incidents, and engineering activities
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs or inspections
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with local health, safety, and environmental regulations
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in managing energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives within the hotel
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide technical support to other hotel departments as needed
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain inventory of engineering supplies and equipment

 WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

 Proven experience as a Duty Engineer or in a similar engineering/maintenance role within a hotel or commercial facility
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and manuals
 </li>
 <li>
 Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Flexibility to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
 </li>
 <li>
 Relevant technical certification or diploma preferred (e.g., Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, HVAC certification)
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic computer skills for maintenance management systems and reporting
