  The Legal Administrator is primarily responsible for providing support to clients and TMF Officers &amp; Directors. As a Legal Administrator, you will be expected to guide clients, Client Liaison Officers and administrators on the day-to-day management of their entities and active structures which require company secretarial and/or corporate governance oversight.

   Key Responsibilities
  </strong>
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Assist with the onboarding and setup of new clients on internal systems.
  </li>
  <li>
   Maintain digital and physical client records in a structured and accessible manner.
  </li>
  <li>
   Draft basic templates, board resolutions, and client letters under supervision.
  </li>
  <li>
   Coordinate signature and submission of routine documents with clients.
  </li>
  <li>
   Monitor compliance calendars and flag upcoming deadlines to the Supervisor.
  </li>
  <li>
   Help prepare simple documentation such as meeting packs, registers, and trackers.
  </li>
  <li>
   Support in the filing of documentation with QFC and/or MoCI as instructed.
  </li>
  <li>
   Keep statutory records up to date in line with client changes.
  </li>
  <li>
   Assist in the preparation of annual returns and company secretarial filings.
  </li>
  <li>
   Complete KYC checklists and assist with document collection for compliance.
  </li>
  <li>
   Use platforms such as ViewPoint, Enate, and authority portals for data entry.
  </li>
  <li>
   Help generate internal reports and summaries on service delivery timelines.
  </li>
  <li>
   Attend training sessions on company law, trust structures, and governance practices.
  </li>
  <li>
   Shadow senior colleagues during complex client interactions and compliance processes.
  </li>

  <strong>
   Key Requirements
  </strong>
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   A legal or compliance background would be preferred;
  </li>
  <li>
   Relevant knowledge of the Commercial Companies Law 2005, QFC Regulations, Qatar Taxation
  </li>
  <li>
   Fluency in English and Arabic
  </li>
  <li>
   Law and Trust Act would be advantageous;
  </li>
  <li>
   Minimum of 4 years&rsquo; experience in company and trust administration and/or compliance &ndash; preferably to institutional clients;
  </li>
  <li>
   General procedural, MoCI/QFC and compliance knowledge;
  </li>
  <li>
   Relevant operational procedures knowledge; and
  </li>
  <li>
   Competence in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
  </li>
