 A Bachelor of Engineering degree/diploma holder in Electrical, Electronics, IT or equivalent
 </li>
 <li>
 Comprehensive knowledge of low current systems including Access Control, CCTV, Fire Alarm, Intercom, Gate barriers, Intruder Alarm, Network configuration etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Reasonable degree of IT Literacy &ndash; MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, AutoCAD.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrate experience in the system design and implementation of security solutions and techniques in a Commercial, Military or Law Enforcement Role.
 </li>
 <li>
 Willingness and ability to work flexibly and diligently as befits an important role within a fast growing division.
 </li>
 <li>
 High level of self motivation and an ability to work with a high level of initiative and limited supervision, in high pressure situations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong team player who can communicate, motivate and interact effectively with technical, commercial and clerical team-members.
 </li>

As we embark on a new project, we are seeking an experienced HVAC Senior Engineer / Construction Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of project execution.Job Summary: The HVAC Senior Engineer / Construction Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing HVAC projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and Sub-contractors and with the consultant/client to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Manager will also define the project's objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans that merge consultant/client requirements with company goals and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases, from initial development through implementation.</li><li>Budget Management: Manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and implement cost-saving measures while maintaining quality standards.</li><li>Team Coordination: Lead, coach, and motivate project team members on a proactive basis. Assign tasks and responsibilities, and ensure the team is working effectively and efficiently</li><li>Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for consultant/client , providing regular updates on project status, addressing concerns.</li><li>Quality Assurance: Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
