   Greet and welcome guests to the spa with a warm, professional, and friendly demeanor.
  </li>

   Manage spa bookings and appointments efficiently, ensuring the schedule is optimized and all services are properly arranged.
  </li>

   Provide information about available spa treatments, packages, and pricing, offering recommendations based on guests' needs and preferences.
  </li>
  <li>
   Perform client check-in and check-out procedures, process payments, and ensure accuracy in records.
  </li>
  <li>
   Assist with the daily operations of the spa, including maintaining a clean and organized reception area.
  </li>
  <li>
   Act as a liaison between guests and therapists, ensuring smooth communication and exceptional service delivery.
  </li>
  <li>
   Use your knowledge of spa therapy to offer tailored advice and suggestions to clients, enhancing their spa experience.
  </li>
  <li>
   Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and timely manner.
  </li>
  <li>
   Assist spa therapists when necessary, such as preparing treatment rooms or managing supplies.
  </li>
  <li>
   Promote retail products and upsell services and packages to enhance the guest experience.
  </li>

   Ensure that the spa operates in compliance with hotel policies and health &amp; safety standards.

  Qualifications &amp; Competencies:

   Female and Arabic speaker
  </li>
  <li>
   Previous experience as a Spa Receptionist or in a similar customer service role, preferably in a hotel or wellness setting.
  </li>
  <li>
   Background as a certified Spa Therapist with hands-on experience in delivering spa treatments (e.g., massage, facials, etc.).
  </li>
  <li>
   Knowledge of various spa therapies and wellness services to provide accurate information and recommendations.
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
  </li>
  <li>
   Organizational skills with attention to detail in handling bookings and payments.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
  </li>
  <li>
   Proficiency in basic computer systems and booking software (experience with spa management software is a plus).
  </li>
  <li>
   Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  </li>
