Job Description

Responsibilities:


  • Building strong, long-term client relationships and maintain frequent contact
  • Setting digital strategies for the assigned clients, considering their specific requirements
  • Communicating regularly with the sales team about opportunities for current or new clients
  • Maintaining regular contact with clients to ensure that their needs are being met and that they are satisfied with the results
  • Working on allocate the budget across the internal teams
  • Compiling reports as required
  • Resolving complaints and keeping track of all processes that pertain to the client's desires.

Requirements and Skills

  • Proven work experience as a Digital account manager 3-5 years of experience
  • Saudi Nationality is preferred
  • BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
