Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our finance team. This role will be
responsible for managing the general ledger, ensuring accurate financial reporting, supporting audits, and
overseeing key accounting functions. Proficiency in both English and Arabic is highly desirable to support
communication across teams and with external stakeholders in a bilingual environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP.
  • Manage journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, and month-end closing processes.
  • Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to management on financial performance.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and internal reporting efforts.
  • Maintain compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and audit requirements.
  • Collaborate with auditors during external and internal audits, ensuring timely information flow.
  • Participate in the implementation and optimization of financial systems and ERP platforms.
  • Mentor junior accountants and provide technical guidance as needed.
  • Prepare financial reports and analysis in both English and Arabic when required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (certification preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting best practices.
  • Proficient in accounting software
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in both English and Arabic (spoken and written) is preferred.
