Job Description
The
Senior Analyst
– Advisory would work as a core member of the advisory team working on local & global advisory / corporate finance mandates, ranging from feasibility studies, business valuations, business plans, transaction advisory, strategy advisory, deal advisory, financial due diligence, transformation advisory and highest & best use studies. The Senior Analyst will be expected to manage a project on end-to-end basis, including detailed and focused research, preparation of report / presentation, preparation of comprehensive financial model, project delivery and client interaction. The Senior Analyst is also expected to train, mentor and guide the junior analyst(s) and trainees on the analyst's areas of expertise.

Preferred Requirements
The candidate should at least have a bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, accounting or related areas from a well reputed institution or an ACCA. Candidates actively pursuing the CFA charter will be preferred. The other requirements are given below:

- Conduct primary and secondary research
- Source information from public sources, industry and paid-research data bases
- Conduct market analysis, identify demand & supply gaps, and opportunity identification
- Prepare business plans, business valuations, financial feasibilities, financial due diligence, information memorandums and other similar documents as per requirements
- Prepare financial models - to forecast financial statements and market trends
- Give business valuations, recommendations on project financing, and other financial analysis as per project requirements
- Conduct in-depth data analyses using traditional and advanced methods
- Author reports containing actionable recommendations on Trading comps, Transaction comps, Industry analysis, Thematic Studies etc.
- Making presentations - answering questions and instilling confidence Make strategic recommendations (e.g., market entry strategies, product/pricing mix, market sizing, etc.)

Train, mentor and guide junior analyst and trainees on the analyst's areas of expertise.
Preferred Requirements
The candidate should at least have a bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, accounting or related areas from a well reputed institution or an ACCA. Candidates actively pursuing the CFA charter will be preferred. The other requirements are given below:
- Proven experience of managing corporate finance / advisory mandates on end-to-end basis
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills encompassing finance and investment
- Hands on experience with financial modelling (creating spreadsheets and using advanced formulas)
- Proficient in MS Office and strong presentation skills
- Excellent communications skills (both written and oral English)
