Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with experience in the healthcare domain (preferably CureMD, CareCloud, or related EMR systems). You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design workflows, and translate business needs into technical solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct requirement-gathering sessions with stakeholders and prepare detailed documentation.
• Develop mockups, wireframes, and process flow diagrams (UML).
• Write user stories and acceptance criteria in collaboration with the product team.
• Translate business goals into functional specifications.
• Support development and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate UAT sessions and validate acceptance criteria.
• Analyze and document gaps and suggest process improvements.
• Stay current with healthcare and IT industry advancements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of BA experience in the healthcare/EMR domain.
• Familiarity with CureMD, CareCloud, or other EMR/EHR systems is a must.
• Strong skills in requirements documentation, mockup creation, and stakeholder communication.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum frameworks.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and other healthcare compliance requirements is a plus.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
