Role Outline:

• We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead business innovation and process optimization through technology. The role involves assessing current systems, identifying opportunities for digitalization, and implementing strategies that enhance efficiency and customer experience.
• Key Responsibilities
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather analyze and document requirements.
• Collaborate with technical teams to translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Analyze business processes and recommend digital solutions.
• Develop and execute digital transformation strategies.
• Implement emerging technologies such as AI, cloud, and automation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth technology adoption.
• Provide training and change management support.
• Support end-to-end project delivery from discovery through to implementation.
• Create user stories acceptance criteria process flows and wireframes as needed.
• Act as a liaison between business and IT ensuring clear understanding and alignment.
• Assist in the development and improvement of business processes and digital workflows.

Personal Attributes:

• Strong core business analysis skillset.
• Experience in digital transformation, IT consulting, or process improvement.
• Strong knowledge of cloud computing, AI, and automation tools.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
