Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Senior Business Analyst with a healthcare background to analyze business needs, gather requirements, and support the development of impactful solutions in the healthcare domain. The ideal candidate will play a key role in bridging the gap between stakeholders and technical teams to drive innovation and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder collaboration and analysis.
• Analyze workflows and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for development teams.
• Support project planning, testing, and implementation efforts.
• Stay updated on healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst; healthcare industry experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of healthcare systems, Electronic Health Records (EHRs), and related technologies.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or similar platforms.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
• Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with HIPAA compliance, HL7, and FHIR standards.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
• Background in process modeling and business intelligence tools.
