We are seeking a skilled and experienced backend developer to join our team. This role requires a deep understanding of server-side logic and a high level of proficiency in languages such as ASP.NET, PHP, and Node.js.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and maintain server-side applications using ASP.NET, PHP, and Node.js.</li><li>Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.</li><li>Design and implement efficient, scalable, and maintainable code.</li><li>Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize product performance.</li><li>Ensure high-quality performance, responsiveness, and reliability of applications.</li><li>Implement data protection and security features.</li><li>Participate in peer-to-peer code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and performance optimization.</li><li>Use AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor &amp; AI) to improve code quality, productivity, and debugging efficiency.</li><li>Understand and implement the software development life cycle (SDLC).</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.</li><li>Provide training and support to internal teams.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.</li><li>Proven work experience as a backend developer.</li><li>Strong knowledge of C#, ASP.NET, PHP, Node.js, and Python.</li><li>Understanding of server-side templating languages.</li><li>Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.</li><li>Strong unit test and debugging skills.</li><li>Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,500.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>ASP.NET: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Arabic (Required)</li><li>English (Required)</li></ul>Willingness to travel:<ul><li>50% (Preferred)</li></ul>
