Job Title: Senior Enterprisewide Program Analyst

Job Site: 3290 Northside Parkway NW, Suite 400 & 500, Atlanta, GA 30327

Minimum Requirements: A Bachelor's degree* in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Electronics and Electrical (or foreign equivalent) and five (5) years of experience in the job offered, System Analyst, or a related occupation. *Employer will accept a 3-year bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in lieu of 4-year degree.

Job Duties: The role requires individuals to conduct analysis, design, evaluation, modification, testing and implementation of enterprise wide systems in the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) domain. The individual will become the primary owner of some of the following PLM applications: 1. SAP DMS (Document Management System); 2. SAP Engineering Change Management; 3. SAP Engineering Control Center (ECTR) CAD integration with Creo and Solidworks tools; 4. SAP Environment Health & Safety Management (EHSM); 5. Nextlabs Enterprise Digital Rights Management; 6. SAP PLC - Product Lifecycle Costing; 7. Cideon Conversion Engine; 8. SAP Visual Enterprise. Expected to own these applications and partner closely with business groups and Varian IT team to keep the enterprise applications running and up-to-date while driving innovative solutions to business problems under the PLM domain. Translating requirements into enterprise wide system solutions. Developing test plans and protocols for evaluation of system performance. Conducting analysis of systems specifications and uses the latest analysis/diagramming tools to represent business/technical processes. Developing conversion, interfaces and system implementation plans. Preparing and obtaining approval of system and programming documentation. Training user personnel in the conversion and implementation of the system. May involve working in conjunction with outsourcing functions. Leading medium to large projects and acting as a team leader. Maintaining the enterprise applications in adherence to company policies and IT governance processes. These may include SOX procedures, FDA procedures, IT security and project management processes.

Special Requirements: Must have experience and/or academic training with each of the following:

1. SAP Product Lifecycle Management

2. SAP ABAP

3. SAP Document Management System

4. SAP Engineering Control Center

Rate of Pay: $129,147/year
