Job Summary:

As a Graphic Designer at Ezify SMC, you will be responsible for creating visually engaging and brand-consistent designs for both digital and print media. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative concepts, layout designs, and production-ready artwork. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our branding, marketing campaigns, and client deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and produce high-quality graphics for a variety of digital and print mediums, including websites, social media, brochures, flyers, posters, advertisements, and packaging.

- Develop design concepts and layouts that align with client briefs, brand guidelines, and marketing objectives.

- Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to ensure designs meet project goals and deadlines.

- Create and manage design assets in Figma, ensuring they are organized and up-to-date for team collaboration.

- Prepare print-ready files for production, ensuring design accuracy, color consistency, and high-quality output.

- Ensure consistency and quality of visual design across all channels and projects.

- Maintain awareness of industry trends, best practices, and emerging design technologies.

- Review and revise designs based on feedback from clients, stakeholders, and team members.

- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and deliver within established timelines.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in graphic design.

- Expertise in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity design work.

- Proven experience in print media design, including brochures, posters, signage, and other collateral.

- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).

- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality designs under tight deadlines.

- A solid portfolio showcasing a range of design projects across digital and print media.

- Ability to take constructive feedback and iterate on designs efficiently.

- Experience in designing for web and mobile platforms is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with animation or motion graphics (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Figma prototypes).

- Knowledge of HTML/CSS or web design principles.

- Experience working with marketing teams and understanding of branding strategies.

- Familiarity with design systems and asset management in collaborative design environments.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
