Job Description

As a Senior HR Business Partner you are expected to support our fast-paced, high-growth organisation. This role requires strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive people initiatives that directly impact performance and organisational effectiveness. As a key partner to senior leaders, you’ll take on the challenge of building high-performing teams, designing agile organisational structures, and driving strategic decisions with data. Your role will focus on building a culture of accountability and inclusion, shaping career growth paths, enhancing the global employee experience, and quickly addressing issues like attrition and underperformance, all in a fast-paced, constantly evolving business environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, data-driven, and confident operating in dynamic and evolving environments.

On a given day you will:

Build High-Performing Teams

  • Partner with business leaders to identify and nurture high-performing talent aligned with organisational goals
  • Lead initiatives that boost team performance, collaboration, and accountability across functions
  • Address performance challenges proactively through coaching, structured development plans, or necessary escalations
Design organisational structures and drive strategic people planning
  • Partner with leadership to shape effective org structures, defining roles, reporting lines, and team alignment that support both operational needs and long-term strategy
  • Lead change management during team growth, restructures, or functional shifts to ensure smooth transitions and business continuity
  • Translate business goals into impactful people strategies, aligning talent deployment with key priorities across functions
  • Use HR data and performance metrics to drive decisions, track outcomes, and recommend continuous improvements
Support Career Growth and Mobility
  • Support the creation and execution of career development frameworks across roles and levels
  • Collaborate with Talent Development to design learning pathways and progression models for employees
  • Facilitate talent reviews, succession planning, and internal mobility in line with organisational growth
  • Equip managers to engage in constructive career conversations and build strong development plans
Create a Great Employee Experience
  • Oversee the full employee lifecycle, ensuring each stage from onboarding to exit, upholds the organisation’s values
  • Identify patterns and underlying causes of disengagement, attrition, and performance issues using people analytics
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to co-create solutions that enhance morale, inclusion, and productivity
  • Promote a positive, consistent, and culturally aligned employee experience across regions and functions


Requirements:

  • Have 5–10 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in generalist HR roles within fast-paced, performance-driven environments.
  • Bring a proactive approach to complexity, seeing challenges as opportunities to drive impact and create value.
  • Possess a strong analytical mindset, using data and insights to guide evidence-based decisions.
  • Communicate with clarity and influence, with proven strength in coaching, conflict resolution, and engaging diverse stakeholders.
  • Build trust and credibility while leading with a balance of empathy, pragmatism, and sound judgment.
  • Have experience working across culturally and legally diverse global environments.
  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or a related field; professional certifications such as CIPD or SHRM are a strong plus.
