This role requires deep expertise in SAP Finance and Controlling modules along with strong collaboration across cross-functional teams. The candidate will be responsible for understanding business needs, designing functional solutions, configuring SAP systems, and supporting continuous digital transformation initiatives through automation and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements in the Finance domain.
• Develop functional design documents and specifications tailored to business needs.
• Configure SAP FI, CO, PS modules and ensure smooth integration with other SAP modules and systems (e.g., MM, SD, EAM, Ariba, SuccessFactors).
• Lead and execute various testing phases including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Provide user training and post-go-live support to ensure successful adoption of SAP solutions.
• Troubleshoot system issues, liaise with technical teams, and ensure resolution aligns with business requirements.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and contribute to digital transformation initiatives.
• Participate in project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with project goals.

Required Skills and Competencies:

• SAP Expertise: Strong knowledge of SAP FICO (S/4HANA) with understanding of integration points.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical skills with a results-driven approach.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage stakeholders effectively.
• Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks.
• Project Orientation: Experience in managing or supporting SAP-related projects from inception to delivery.
