We're seeking a dynamic Senior Manager – Operations to lead and optimize our business processes and drive performance across teams.

Requirements:

• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field
• Master’s degree preferred
• Experience:
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in healthcare operations or medical billing
• Proven track record in managing large teams and process improvements

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations in the healthcare/medical billing domain
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and billing guidelines
• Drive process optimization, efficiency, and quality improvements
• Lead, mentor, and develop cross-functional teams
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal departments for seamless service delivery
• Monitor KPIs and implement strategies for operational excellence

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
