Senior Manager – Product Commercial

The team provides and supports the systems that glue the business together. That means maintaining all IT from the most basic desktop support to the most complex flight information systems. As importantly, they’re game changers for the industry. They bring us smart developments and advanced processes which revolutionise what we do.

What you’ll deliver

• You'll develop products, systems and services in the digital, commercial, brands and communications and Strategy functions while maintaining the performance level of existing systems and services.

• You'll focus on all IT matters for the commercial and strategy business units.

• You'll ensure that technology strategy is aligned to business strategy including liaising with internal technology support teams and external suppliers on support incidents/changes.

• You'll be responsible for providing project oversight on behalf of the Business area for all software delivery in line with organization goals.

• You'll also provide support and service level management of all IT services delivered to the business area.

What you bring

• You should be educated to a bachelor’s degree level in or a field relevant toBusiness Administration, or Computer Science, or Electronics, or Information Technology.

• You’ll have knowledge in managing operationally critical systems in Aviation.

• You’ll have significant experience in delivering digital transformation to organizations increasing their brand value and reputation.

• You'll have demonstrable knowledge of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

• You’ll have expert knowledge in internet of things (beacons, sensors, WiFi), indoor wayfinding, location & social analytics, and WiFi customer engagement.
