It&rsquo;s the team&rsquo;s aim to make sure all passengers are delighted with their airport experience &ndash; from the moment they arrive at the airport to when they board their flight. Alongside others, they oversee terminal facilities such as infrastructure at security, check-in and immigration. Like them, you&rsquo;ll make customers feel they&rsquo;re at the heart of it all.</p><br>

What you&rsquo;ll deliver</b></p>
<ul><li>You&rsquo;ll be responsible for the airport overall safety system and monitor number of airport processes.</li></ul>
<ul><li>You&rsquo;ll be responsible for the overall movement of passengers through the airport.</li></ul>
<ul><li>You&rsquo;ll escalate unacceptable passenger experience through the airport.</li></ul><br>

What you bring</b></p>
<ul><li>You should be educated to a Diploma level / General Education Degree.</li></ul>
<ul><li>You should have at least 3-4 years experience within customer service environment.</li></ul>
<ul><li>You should have good knowledge of written and verbal communication.</li></ul>
<ul><li>You should have good knowledge of airport operations as well as observational skills.</li></ul><br>
