Job Description

General Summary or Job Objective:

Developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that span digital, social, and traditional channels i.e. 360-degree marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible with a focus on our F&B and retail brands, this role requires a strategic thinker who can manage campaigns end-to-end, drive brand growth, and ensure consistent messaging across all customer touchpoints.

Essential Functions:

  • Develop and implement tailored social media strategies for our diverse brand portfolio.
  • Manage and grow brand presence on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter. Create compelling content—posts, stories, videos, and promotions that tell our brand stories.
  • Plan and execute innovative social media campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Manage advertising budgets and continuously optimize campaign performance.
  • Monitor trends and emerging opportunities across digital platforms.
  • Build strong relationships with social media reps and key partners.
  • Analyze campaign performance and generate actionable insights through regular reporting.
  • Support market research and competitor analysis to keep us ahead of the curve.
  • Engage with online communities, respond to comments, and foster a positive brand experience. Coordinate content creation across multiple teams and subsidiaries.
  • Optimize content with strategic tagging and SEO best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to grow our reach, followers, and brand visibility.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A social media enthusiast with a keen eye for content and engagement.
  • Strong communication skills — written and verbal — with the ability to tell compelling brand stories.
  • Experience in advertising, PR, digital marketing, or similar fields.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools.
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms and their unique functions.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into strategy.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Mass Communication.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in marketing, preferably within F&B or retail.
