<p>INDEX Holding is launching a Project Management Office (PMO) as part of its commitment to developing Emirati talent and strengthening project execution across its diverse business portfolio.</p>
<p>The Project Executive role is designed for fresh graduates and early-career Emirati professionals who are eager to build a career in project management. Selected candidates will undergo structured training, mentorship, and hands-on project exposure across multiple subsidiaries and business units.</p>
<p><b>Essential Functions</b>:</p>
<ul><li><div><ul><li>Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects across various departments.</li>
<li>Assist in preparing project plans, timelines, and status reports.</li>
<li>Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of project milestones.</li>
<li>Monitor project progress and identify potential risks, delays, or challenges.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure proper record-keeping.</li>
<li>Participate in meetings, prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoMs), and follow up on action items.</li>
<li>Support project managers with daily coordination, communication, and administrative tasks.</li>
<li>Contribute to the continuous improvement of project processes and workflows.</li><br>

<ul><li>Structured onboarding and training in project management fundamentals.</li>
<li>Exposure to real-time projects across INDEX Holding subsidiaries.</li>
<li>Mentorship and guidance from experienced project managers and leadership teams.</li>

</ul><p><b>Qualifications and Experience</b>:</p>
<ul><li>UAE National (Emirati) &ndash; Mandatory</li>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or related field</li>
<li>Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1&ndash;2 years of experience</li>
<li>Strong interest in project management and business operations</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills in English &amp; Arabic</li>
<li>Strong organizational and time management skills</li>
<li>Proactive attitude and willingness to learn</li>
