Project Executive (UAE Nationals Only)– INDEX Holding

General Summary or Job Objective:

INDEX Holding is launching a Project Management Office (PMO) as part of its commitment to developing Emirati talent and strengthening project execution across its diverse business portfolio.

The Project Executive role is designed for fresh graduates and early-career Emirati professionals who are eager to build a career in project management. Selected candidates will undergo structured training, mentorship, and hands-on project exposure across multiple subsidiaries and business units.

Essential Functions:

• • Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects across various departments.
  • Assist in preparing project plans, timelines, and status reports.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential risks, delays, or challenges.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure proper record-keeping.
  • Participate in meetings, prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoMs), and follow up on action items.
  • Support project managers with daily coordination, communication, and administrative tasks.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project processes and workflows.

Qualifications and Experience:

• UAE National (Emirati) – Mandatory
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or related field
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1–2 years of experience
• Strong interest in project management and business operations
• Excellent communication skills in English & Arabic
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
