Required Experience is 8+ Years

Lead and manage large-scale projects, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget for multi-market product launches and migrations.

Define project objectives, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with key stakeholders.

Oversee cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.

Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and resolve roadblocks proactively and independently.

Drive initiatives with a proactive, solution-oriented approach, operating with minimal supervision.

Make informed decisions independently, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.

Monitor project performance and report progress, aligning with business goals and priorities.

Confidently present to senior management, providing clear project updates, risk assessments, and strategic recommendations.

Mandatory Skills:

Project Management & Methodologies:

Project planning & scheduling (using tools like MS Project or Azure), Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall methodologies.

Risk management & mitigation strategies.

Budgeting & financial management.

Stakeholder management & reporting Project governance & compliance.

Technical and Analytical Skills:

Data analysis & reporting: Excel; Nice to have: Power BI, SQL, Tableau
Process optimization & workflow automation.

Basic knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud), Cybersecurity & regulatory compliance awareness (CPR, GDPR, ISO, etc.).

Tools and Software:

Project management tools (knowledge of minimum one of the following): Azure, Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project.

Collaboration tools (knowledge of minimum one of the following): Microsoft Teams, Slack, Confluence.

Documentation & reporting: PowerPoint, Excel, CRM and CDP platforms (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Adobe, etc.).

Desired Skills:

Experience in the MarTech field of Marketing Automation Platforms.
