Job Overview:

Emirates Talent Solution is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Recruiter / Assistant Manager with 5+ years of experience in a recruitment agency. The ideal candidate will have expertise in headhunting, talent sourcing, and managing full recruitment cycles across various industries. This role requires strong leadership, excellent networking skills, and the ability to manage diverse recruitment projects and teams.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Recruitment Management:

  • Lead and manage the full recruitment cycle, including talent sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate selection, and offer negotiations.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their hiring needs and ensuring timely delivery of top talent.
  • Implement recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates across multiple industries.

Headhunting & Talent Sourcing:

  • Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms to source and attract passive candidates.
  • Execute advanced headhunting techniques to engage with top talent for high-level roles.
  • Build and maintain an extensive talent pipeline for critical and hard-to-fill positions.

Client & Stakeholder Management:

  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and service delivery.
  • Provide strategic recruitment advice, including market insights, salary benchmarking, and competitor analysis.
  • Align recruitment activities with client expectations and business goals.

Team Leadership & Training:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters to ensure high performance.
  • Conduct regular training sessions on sourcing techniques, client management, and industry trends.
  • Oversee daily recruitment operations, ensuring targets and KPIs are met.

Market Research & Reporting:

  • Conduct industry research to stay updated with salary trends, hiring practices, and market conditions.
  • Prepare and present recruitment metrics, client feedback, and performance reports.
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency.

Process Improvement & Compliance:

  • Ensure adherence to company recruitment policies and local labor laws.
  • Continuously refine recruitment processes for increased efficiency.
  • Collaborate with HR and legal teams to maintain compliance with regulations.

Key Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a recruitment agency, with a focus on headhunting and talent sourcing. (Required)
  • Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, client management, and market trends.

Technical & Soft Skills:

  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
