Job Description

Position Summary

The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the timely hiring of qualified talent to meet business objectives. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in recruitment, strong communication skills, and a thorough understanding of recruitment best practices. This role reports directly to the Recruitment Manager lead and collaborates closely with department heads to fulfill hiring requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

•Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment process for a variety of roles across each brand , including specialized positions in sales, operations, and support functions. Source candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach.

•Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough screening of applicants, including resume reviews, phone interviews, and initial assessments to ensure candidates meet the qualifications and cultural fit.

•Interview Coordination: Manage the interview process, including scheduling, coordinating with hiring managers, and preparing candidates. Provide interview coaching and support to both candidates and interview panels.

•Offer Management: Work closely with HR and hiring managers to develop competitive offers. Communicate offers to candidates, handle negotiations, and manage the acceptance process to ensure a positive candidate experience.

•Talent Pipeline Development: Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings, focusing on hard-to-fill and high-demand roles. Build relationships with passive candidates to ensure Oilmar has access to top talent when needed.

•Recruitment Strategy: Collaborate with the Head of HR to develop and implement recruitment strategies that align with company business goals and employer branding. Monitor recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven adjustments.

•Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have a seamless transition into their roles and the company. Provide guidance and support to hiring managers during the onboarding period.

Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities are in compliance with local labor laws and company internal policies. Stay informed about changes in employment legislation and adjust recruitment practices accordingly.

Campus hire: Represent the company at job fairs and recruitment events to enhance employer visibility – locally and internationally.

Qualifications:

•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

•5+ years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on the Retail and Fmcg industry

Proven track record of successfully filling complex and high-demand roles.

•Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing strategies, candidate screening, and interview techniques.

•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.

•Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

•Proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Preferred Skills:

•Experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing.

•Knowledge of compensation structures and offer negotiation tactics.

•Multilingual abilities, English & Arabic will be advantage

•Strong network within the Retail and Fmcg industry.
