Responsibilities<ul><li>Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills with a keen sensitivity to data.</li><li>Ensure sufficient stock levels and maintain optimal inventory across all store locations.</li><li>Track and monitor inventory turnover rates for each store.</li><li>Conduct analysis on best-selling and slow-moving products in the stores.</li><li>Manage and coordinate inter-store stock transfers.</li><li>Maintain appropriate safety stock levels at both the stores and the distribution center.</li><li>Develop replenishment strategies based on historical and current trend analysis to maximize sales, improve inventory turnover, and enhance gross margins.</li><li>Stay aligned with current market trends and future business plans to adjust inventory and ordering strategies in collaboration with field and regional teams.</li><li>Perform statistical analysis of sales rankings for both top-performing and underperforming products to forecast demand and guide supply planning.</li><li>Oversee the issuance of daily replenishment orders, product planning, assortment coordination, and follow-ups.</li><li>Analyze sales and inventory data to optimize inventory structure and effectively allocate product resources.</li><li>Support marketing and promotional activities by ensuring full product availability in stores.</li><li>Create and implement inventory reduction plans to maintain efficient inventory control.</li><li>Apply supply chain strategies to enhance sales performance and inventory efficiency for each product.</li><li>Contribute to meetings by providing relevant insights and updates related to replenishment planning</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li><li>2-3 years experience as a Merchandiser/Allocator in the Retail industry.</li><li>Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel - VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Nested IFS).</li><li>Product and market knowledge relevant to the area of responsibility.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentApplication Question(s):<ul><li>What is your salary expectation?</li><li>What is your notice period?</li></ul>Work Location: In person
