Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Representative to join our team and drive client acquisition in the U.S. market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT offshoring or staff augmentation sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of closing deals with U.S.-based clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with potential clients in the United States, including tech startups, mid-sized companies, and enterprises.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through LinkedIn, cold outreach, and networking events.
- Conduct client meetings and presentations to understand client needs and propose tailored IT staffing solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and client satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the U.S. market.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT offshoring, staff augmentation, or IT services targeting the U.S. market.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Fluent in English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to manage sales pipelines.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
