Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to align with business goals
  • Craft monthly content calendars
  • Create engaging content that is native to each social channel
  • Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interactions and planning digital campaigns to build social media community.
  • Collaborate/align with marketing team to ensure brand consistency and alignment on campaigns
  • Maintain relationship with social media partners such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Snapchat, TikTok and any new emerging platform.
  • Increase brand awareness and increase customer engagement
  • Creation of the yearly social media calendar and strategy • Ability to create, edit, publish and share engaging content
  • Define tools for benchmarking and reporting
  • Analyze competitor activity & recommend improvements to increase brand performance
  • Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, and drive brand value
  • Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques in order to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of proven experience in social media management.
  • Experience in creating social media strategies across all platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills Arabic speaking would be a plus but not mandatory.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and analytics tools.
