Role description
We’re seeking a driven Technical Product Lead / Business Systems Analyst to join our team—someone with proven technical product management expertise, a solid grasp of DevSecOps best practices, and hands-on experience deploying and operating solutions in cloud environments with exposure to AI/ML.
What You’ll Do
You will assist in defining and driving the roadmap by translating strategic and product goals into a clear, prioritised plan for our DevSecOps, observability and Agentic AI initiatives, You’ll gather and analyse requirements by creating user stories and non-functional needs and by documenting end-to-end workflows.
You will research emerging technologies like Agentic AI, author white papers and develop proposals / business cases (TCO, ROI, risk assessments) that secure budget and executive buy-in. In addition, you’ll conduct market and competitive analysis—tracking industry trends, benchmarking tools and present insights and recommendations to the leadership team as well as Product and Engineering teams. Your role also encompasses project and stakeholder management: planning sprints, tracking milestones, reporting statuses, and driving consensus across cross-functional teams.
Required:
- Bachelors in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years in a technical product-lead role.
- Experience with at least one public cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience, understanding of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD).
- Understanding of observability (Prometheus, ELK/EFK, Datadog) and DevSecOps principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent facilitation, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Agile mindset—comfortable running ceremonies and writing clear user stories.

- Any technical certifications (Cloud, DevOps etc)
- Experience working with LLMs and Agentic AI
